Diana De Rosa Interview
Dear Filmmakers,
I’m Diana De Rosa, a New York-based journalist specializing in general film production and equestrian news. For several years, I’ve had the privilege of conducting Zoom interviews with filmmakers at the Tryon International Film Festival (TRIFF).
As part of TRIFF’s virtual event, I interview directors and producers of all the films in the program, creating post-roll interviews that follow each film’s screening on our Eventive Virtual platform.
With a substantial number of interviews to conduct—over 60 in total—I kindly request your active participation in scheduling these sessions. To facilitate this process, please complete the attached sign-in sheet and specify your preferred timing. My goal is to wrap up all interviews by September 30th.
Due to time constraints, I won’t be able to follow up individually, so your prompt response is greatly appreciated. If, for any reason, you cannot accommodate an interview, kindly inform me, as I’ll be keeping track of our progress.
Before our discussion, I’ll thoroughly review your film and am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to discuss it with you.
Congratulations on the honor of being selected for this remarkable annual film festival. Your film’s inclusion in TRIFF already marks you as a winner. Additionally, if you plan to attend this year’s event, please inform both TRIFF and me. If you’re in town, don’t hesitate to seek me out for a personal greeting.
I’ll be representing TRIFF for non-equine films and the EQUUS Television Network for equestrian films.
Note to Equestrian Filmmakers: EQUUS Television Network collaborates with TRIFF to showcase more equine films, and these interviews, with your approval, may also air on EQTVN. If you have a trailer for your horse film, kindly share it with me, possibly accompanying our interview. You can send it via WeTransfer or any convenient file-sharing method to diana@equustelevision.net or dderosa1@optonline.net.
I look forward to connecting with you and celebrating your cinematic achievements at TRIFF.
Warm regards, Diana De Rosa
